      Canada's Privacy Commissioner has released a significant document titled "Your Privacy Responsibilities -- A Guide for Businesses and Organizations to Canada's Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act".

      The publication is online at http://www.privcom.gc.ca/information/guide_e.asp

      It is a must read. The Act is now in force. Canadian companies must comply within defined time periods.
